Rental pricing:
$100 Deposit at time of booking applied to rental fees.
$500 (Seven Days) includes one dump with tonnage allowance of 1 Ton (2,000LBS).
$400 (Three Days) includes one dump with tonnage allowance of 1 Ton (2,000LBS)
$300 (24 hours) includes one dump with tonnage allowance of 1 Ton (2,000LBS)
$1650 (1 month*) includes one dump/swap per week (or a total of four dumps/swaps per month) with tonnage allowance not to exceed 1 Ton (2,000LBS) at any point during the rental period. Additional dumps/swaps will incur a fee of $100 per additional dump/swap.
*1 month rental only allowed if a long term rental agreement is signed and on file.
Additional services and fees.
$0.75 per mile 30 miles from Prairieville, LA (70769)
$150 fee for each additional dump requested by customer during rental period with tonnage allowance of 1 tons.
$100 fee for every 1/2 ton (1,000LBS) over included tonnage allowance.
$100 per day rental extension (depends on availability). For 7-day rentals
$150 per day rental extension (depends on availability). For 24-hour & 3-day rentals
Overfill Fee - If it is over the rim and not flush with the top of dumpster or unable to shut dumpster door. Overfill Fee will be subjective based on extent of overfill, including, but not limited to the necessary means required to remove the material.
$400 plus the cost to repair any damage to the unit.
$150 fee if customer requests to move Roll-off after initial placement.
$75 fee if dumpster is blocked or inaccessible on scheduled pick up day.
$100 Restricted materials or hazardous materials in Roll-off - PLUS any other fees associated with correct disposal.
$100 Same day delivery option.
$100 for paint that is on or in the unit plus applicable disposal fees
$50 per hour for driver waiting. Client not on location to spot placement. Car or gate blocking dumpster pick up starting 10 minutes after scheduled drop off time.
**Reset extension of up to 7 days may be requested (depending on availability).
**Rental days not stackable with multiple dump and resets and will reset to 7 days with each scheduled service.
**There are no refunds or discounts for unused dump and reset extension days.
**All extensions depend on availability.
Important things to remember.
Ensure location for Roll-off placement is sufficient to bear the weight and size of Roll-off, prospective waste materials and any vehicle required to transport the Roll-off.
Rolling Debris Pros shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement or any other road surface material, lawn, fences, shrubbery, septic system, private well or any other form of property damage.
Do not move or attempt to move the Roll-off once it has been placed to avoid possible damage or injury, Rolling Debris Pros is not responsible for injury or death. Please call to schedule for it to be moved safely by our professionals.
Unless approved in writing, do not use any mechanical means to crush/compact material(s) inside the dumpster. Doing so can result in damage to the equipment. If equipment is damaged due to unapproved use of mechanical force, the customer will be responsible for all cost of repair, including potential loss of revenue while equipment is out of service.
Do not fill dumpster past the "maximum fill line" (i.e., top of dumpster)
--The tarp must be able to roll completely over the top without obstruction.
--The end door must be closed and secured before it can be removed.
Material exceeding the "maximum fill line" (i.e., top of dumpster) will be removed prior pickup and result in an "overfill" charge. Overfill charge will be subjective based on extent of overfill, including, but not limited to the necessary means required to remove the material. Any overfill removed from the dumpster will be left at the rental site and remain the responsibility of the waste generator.
Prohibited materials
The following materials are strictly prohibited, without prior approval and a detailed manifest.
Materials NOT allowed in Roll-off. (Violation of these will warrant a fee and/or items to be unloaded on site.) We will not dispose of anything that is hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum-contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, animals, barrels, all liquids, railroad ties, flammable, toxic, and/ or hazardous material, thinners, lacquers, asbestos, batteries, infectious waste, contaminated soils, fuels, inks, resins, car batteries, food wastes, adhesives or industrial drums, or “Special” waste, as defined by applicable Local, State and Federal laws or regulations. We cannot accept refrigerators, freezer units, and air conditioners. Customer is fully responsible for the entire contents of the container and is the rightful owner of the container’s contents until the container is dumped and contents accepted by the prospective disposal facility. In the event unacceptable or hazardous materials are found, the customer will be responsible for any associated charges. Costs may include but not limited to cleanup, monitoring, legal fees, penalties or any other charges associated with unauthorized or hazardous material disposal. Unauthorized materials may also be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals or fees that may be incurred in conjunction therewith. (Unless coordinated with Rolling Debris Pros which the fees will be passed on to the customer.) Rolling Debris Pros shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.
Acknowledgement
Customer acknowledges that Rolling Debris Pros shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from Rolling Debris Pros’ trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.
Payment Terms
Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card, Rolling Debris Pros will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance.
